The museum of the history of Murmansk Shipping Company

The museum of the history of JSC “Murmansk shipping company” was opened in 1977.

Today it is worthily called a museum of the development of the Northern Sea Route.

During this time unique images, collection of portraits of Polar captains, marine equipment, ships’ bells, a model of nuclear power reactor, stuffed penguins and etc. were collected.

Currently three rooms are opened in the museum:

- "The history of the development of icebreaker and transport fleet"
